The DS1302 RTC (Real-Time Clock) Module with Battery is a low-power timekeeping module designed to keep accurate track of time and date even when the main power supply is disconnected. Equipped with a backup battery holder, the DS1302 ensures continuous operation, making it ideal for clocks, data loggers, automation systems, and embedded electronics projects.
This module communicates with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other development boards through a simple serial interface. It stores seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year information, including automatic leap-year compensation.
