MQ-6 Gas Sensor (Propane/LPG Gas Detection)
The MQ-6 Gas Sensor Module is a highly sensitive semiconductor gas sensor designed for detecting LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), propane, butane, and other combustible gases. It is widely used in gas leakage detection systems, safety alarms, industrial monitoring, and Arduino-based IoT projects. The sensor uses a Tin Dioxide (SnO₂) sensing element whose conductivity changes when exposed to combustible gases, allowing accurate gas concentration detection.
