MQ-8 Hydrogen Gas Sensor
The MQ-8 Hydrogen Gas Sensor Module is a highly sensitive gas detection sensor designed to detect Hydrogen (H₂) gas concentrations in the air. Built with a semiconductor sensing element based on SnO₂ (Tin Dioxide), the sensor changes its conductivity when exposed to hydrogen, allowing accurate monitoring of gas leaks and hydrogen levels. It is widely used in industrial safety systems, battery charging stations, fuel cell monitoring, and Arduino-based gas detection projects. The module provides both analog and digital outputs, making it easy to interface with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other development boards.
